I went to Dr. Judy Silverman for chronic lower back pain that had been nagging me for months. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, thorough, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She didn’t just crack my back and send me on my way. She actually explained what was going on with my spine, showed me some stretches, and gave me a treatment plan that made sense. After a few sessions, my pain is way down and I’m moving like a normal human again. If you’re tired of docs who just throw pills at you, give her a shot. Highly recommend.
